Our Leaders in Training program develops teen campers through team building and character development. The LIT program is a great first step for teens who hope to be a CIT, or staff member in the future. These teens will also develop critical thinking skills and will have a focus on leadership skills. LITs will begin to develop the skills needed to be a role model while participating in many of the classic camp activities.

This year our LITs will be responsible for planning and running CCG's annual 4th of July Carnival, with help from their counselors as well as the CCG leadership staff. From planning the activities, to setting up and facilitating the carnival, our LITs will get a taste of what it means to work together in order to accomplish their goals!

At 3:30 each day, the LITs will rejoin the typical schedule to enjoy the cabin activities of swimming, zip-line/giant swing and horseback riding.
